I have her real name & e-mail address. She is locked out and can't get in. She sent an e-mail to someone? but hasn't gotten a response.
I can message the correct person her name and e-mail if needed.

Captcha was set up for someone to make an account or change passwords. It looks harder to use than when it was first set up. I temporarily turned it off.
