Mortgage paid off Feb 12, 2010 BS 7a - kitchen remodel completed - 2011 BS 7b - my bathroom remodel and max out sinking funds ($13.5K) - 2012 BS 7c - min car repl fund $13K - 2013 My goal was to retire in Jan 2016 at age 58, but instead I retired 10/24/2014

There are many ways
LLNOE isn't gone yet, but it will be in August. 
BS1: Done
BS2: Done! December 2018.
BS3: Done! September 2021.
BS3(b): Down payment in HCOLA : $150,618/150,000 saved : 100%!!!
(Continuing to save until we find our home: bigger down payment = better home and/or smaller mortgage)
BS4: Contributing to DB pension, plus extra in RRSP to equal 15%

We have added a post in LLNOE that members can join us by going to the Visitor's Corner, making a visitor post stating they are from LLNOE and we can manually add them. MODS, be on the lookout for these folks.
