Resize image functionality?

I've seen vBulletin add-ons where you can add resize tags like this:

[RESIZE=150][IMG] url [/IMG][/RESIZE]

Or something similar.

I'd love a budgeting tool. My wife and I loved the Gazelle Budget, but hate the "Every Dollar" disaster with a passion. Free or not, it stinks.

I'd pay money for a good budgeting tool.
