Yup. I log in and this is the only forum that shows on the list.
I think it may be getting confused by all the cookies I have for this site, considering I have access to two different moderator accounts plus my own secret no-moderator-privileges-typical-user account. Something (it might be the forum software, it might be LastPass) is filling in Ogg for the default username.
ETA: but if I log out and don't reboot, it keeps spoiled_lil_boy in the username field and I can see all the forums when I log back in. Rebooting has something to do with the problem.

That happens to me sometimes. When it does I immediately click on the Forum link again to force a reload. I also try logging out and logging back in making sure that Remember Me is checked.

So try clearing cookies! 
I can't help with lastpass. I can blame it though!

Jumping some hurdles
This happens to me if the web address I'm looking at is the straight debtfreefanatics.com, even if I'm logged in. In order to see the full forum, I have to be looking at debtfreefanatics.com/forum.php.
